The service

Find Your Tutor is a managed tutoring service: we match your child with a vetted tutor and run scheduling, classes, reports and billing in one place. Your first class is a free trial with no obligation.

Payment

Classes are paid from a prepaid wallet you top up by card. Each class is charged automatically after it ends, with a full breakdown shown in your Billing page. If a class ends early by agreement, you are billed proportionally for the time taught.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule any class from your portal. Rescheduling is free. Very late cancellations may still be charged — the exact notice window is shown when you cancel. If a tutor fails to attend, you are not charged.

Conduct

All contact between families and tutors happens inside the platform — sharing personal contact details is not permitted; it exists to keep children safe. Our team can review class recordings and messages for safeguarding and quality.

Leaving

You can pause or cancel at any time from your Settings page. On cancellation, remaining wallet balance is dealt with directly with you by our team.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
